Leighton Hall Conservatory

DEC Construction Ltd. succesfully won the contract to demolish the origional grade 2* listed conservatory to re-build and add a new connected service area. This project was completed on time and on budget with a happy customer. Since this project we have we have undertaken a number of contracts at Leighton Hall and continue to have a good relationship with the client.

As this conservatory is National Heritage listed we had to use traditional methods and materials in line with the original building and the connected hall.

The rear service area consisted of a new commercial kitchen area as well as unisex and disabled toilets.
